PF growing help

Ive read the pf growing technique (the one with the jars) and did not understand can someone breake it down to me step by step and tell me how i know other people would appriciate it too.

Tell me about it when i started there was no FAQ or half the info there is out there. the newbies have no idea how good they have it. they would rather post and wait for the answer than do a quick search and find it in a few seconds not to mention things they never thought of. Iresearched this for months before i even ordered the syringes.

Take your time and read every thing you can it will pay off in the end.
