And I ALWAYS incubate my jars 1 week before innocing because I dont want to waste spores on a jar that might contam anyhow. I always use bottled water too. I checked earlier and I did use spring water not distilled. Im using regular metal quart lids screwed on hella tight with 2 air holes in the top and 1 small innocing hole (although I just innoc in w/e one I find first) Covered in tyvek and micropore over holes.
