Is this recommended?
I want to try a nice dose of each. I think the opioid could help any bad feelings and just make me feel amazing.
Think the combination would go well?

I've only had one bad trip, my first time when I was irresponsible. Since then I haven't had any bad trips. Very good experiences.
I'm wondering this in theory- would a decent dosage of hydrocodone (25mg) help or hurt the trip? Would it increase nausea? Decrease it? Would it help emotions? Would it help visuals?

it wont do a lot, .... add a lot of euphoria to the trip though, and maybe a little bit of opiate induced visuals. That is all, go play.

if you could get the hydrocodone without the acetaminophen... your giving your liver enough hell as it is tripping, don't want to push it too hard.
personally if I just want a extra happy trip, one pill mdma and 2.5 grams powder diluted into pure cranberry juice. =) i prefer to use a tea ball and keep most of the bodies out, but this is very effective I find =)

its nice with salvia but I havent tried it with shrooms. I think that it would be better for catching some sleep after tripping. Shrooms make you very emotionally sensitive and thats the beauty in it. It is like being reverted back to the innocence of childhood where there werent barriers to make us emotionally stable(numb) but you have a higher thought process. Opiates create a layer of warm and gentle euphoria that seperates us from the world and the emotions attached. So I am guessing that the emotional aspect of the shrooms would be dulled by the opiates. The emotional aspect is a huge part of the shroom trip and taking this away because there is a possibility of running into some bad emotions seems unnecessary. I dont know about the physical aspect of it but I know that once you really start getting blown away on hydros you are going to be confined to your bed praying that you don't throw up again.

I always take some hydrocodones at the end of the trip, for the comedown. Especially if it is acid. It pretty much kills the trip, so I dont reccomend taking it early in the trip, more towards the end.

For 25mg I usually extract 3 pills of hydrocodone and dose 2 pills.
That's about 1000mg of APAP or two pills of tylenol, which isn't bad at all.
I think I'll take the advice of taking it toward the comedown to help mellow out and go to bed.

Yeah, beginning, middle and end.
It makes sitting down and enjoying the trip without feeling the need to move around much much easier to do.. this is especially good for large mushroom doses imo.
The opiate buzz is quite subtle at normal dosages, the shrooms definitely overpower them imo.. Take a bit of a stronger dose to get the good opiated feeling.

i do like the idea of doing opiates at comedown, last time i did acid, i tried to go to bed the next day and just couldn't and suffered several hours till i managed to get some sleep.
