Extract Salvinorium A from extract? (Not plain leaf)

So when making an extract or a tincture, one would normally take many grams of plain leaf and extract it from there, but would taking lets say 4g of 25x be the same as extracting it from 100g of plain leaf? I am not an expert on extractings (never having done one myself) but is there any reason why you couldn't use extract since theres already a ton of it?

theoretically speaking ya, but theres no guarentee you're going to get 100% out of the material.

Yeah I don't see why that wouldn't work. Very good idea, but during the extraction, your going to lose some of the salvinorin.

This is a very expensive way to obtain a relatively low yield.. buy salvia leaves in bulk and extract those.

with 5g of 20x you could take what ever you're using for the extraction and use a different carrier also. Who says you have to pour it over leaves lol. Hope that gives you some ideas.

Is there any way I can use a really powerful extract (say 50x or 75x) to have a quid experience? Like sprinkle it onto gum? Anything?

you could, but plain leaf is preferred for quids.
