will spore prints from the smaller caps of a given strain produce small sized shrooms as off spring? and on a similar note, will prints made from the slower colonizing jars in a given batch from one syringe batch produce slow colonizing spore prints?

Yes and No, Genetics do play a role from generation to generation mostly in potentcy. Are your slow colonizing mushrooms going to produce slow colonizing spores, no most likely it was becouse the conditions for your spores are less then perfect, the conditions are the biggest factor
