Thai Maple Ginger, Nut Ale sausage over wild rice~

being... stoned and hungry and having some free time, I decided to create something with things around the kitchen.



I started too sear some sausage my dads friend made, its a real sweet sausage, with peppery tones with it. Real delicious stuff, searing that in some thai hot oil, adding a bit of water once it starts to sear, deglazing and steam the innards  :nonono: .;



After that I sliced up some white onions real thin tossed those in there with some chopped up chives.



After that I turned that shit on low, took some tokes, and whipped up a spicy thai soy ginger maple syrup sauce with a bit of Nut Brown Ale and a splash of sherry, paprika crushed black pepper, some salt and some Thyme, also I threw in a sweet thai chili also a greek oreganol leaf. I start with the maple syrup get that hot in the microwave, then add beer, spices, herbs , ginger etc.. let that shit marinate while everything else is cooking.;



after that add pablano's parsely more chives,


cook that down, for a second get your rice started, with some water, paprika, soy sauce, a grip of salt, and some chicken base.



then add cremini's and cucumbers;


add your sauce;


cook till it gets a nice glaze;


see if rice is done;


I finished this biotch off with some thinly sliced red onions and spinach and some more chives, adding right at the end a quick toss and serve it up;
