I am highly irritated by people who are very slightly gifted with energy manipulation, and think that they are the shit. In my area, they seem to be the ones who join the wicca circles and such. The truly gift people stand off in the shadows and are like don't talk to me...
Anyway, the dabblers always seem to think they are the shit, and they honestly are weak and clueless. It is like a color blind person discribing a rainbow. True they can see it, but they can't truly apperciate it to the fullest extent....
Of course, some one will point out that someone better than me might think the same thing about me.....

Always be wary of those that openly claim to have any power over matter or energy. Those that truly do often have fear of the power or fear of reactions by people with out it. People who proclaim that they have the "gift" usually do it for attention or to scam people. Although on the internet its harder to discern, anonymity sometimes helps those with a true "gift" be more open about it, but still I wouldn't trust 'em.

Makes perfect sense. My abilities are meeger at best and I was shocked to find out that another person I knew personally knew about them without me even confering with him. I always had a feeling about him though, just didn't nail it down 'till then.
