Unless you live outside of Bumfuck, Alabama, you shouldn't have any trouble finding vermicuulite. They sell it as a soil conditioner in any gardening centre or department store. As far as brown rice flour goes, if you live in a big city or town, just go throught the yellow pages and call all the stores under "Health Foods" until you find some. If not, you can use brown rice (make sure it's organic) but you must grind it up in a coffee grinder first or you will get really shitty results. Again, health food stores are your best bet for finding organic whole grain brown rice.

For Brown rice flour try a bulk food store in the flour section. Thats where I found mine. It's cheaper too!
Verm...almost any garden centre.
