if your on vacation with your family and youd like to enjoy some shrooms or acid but did not bring any

I would probably just enjoy my time with my family as best as possible and then wait to trip while in a better setting, i.e., back home.

I find as soon as you start spending money people get more friendly...
So if you are of age, go the bar and get hammered and while you're at it, buy people drinks. Then slip in some story about getting high to see what their reaction is. Most people will reply with an equally great story about getting high and that's when you ask where to get some...
If you aren't of age, well just keep this in mind as a life lesson when you are backpacking across Europe.

Just wander around the 'cultured' parts of town and ask the long haired guitar buskers
