Ive heard people say both that the following help your trip, and that they are bad to do for a trip, So I am trying to get a general idea as to what everyone has to say. Who knows... Mabey the people Ive heard from so far are complete morons.

Question 1:
Does it, or does it not help to take Vitamin C before a trip?

Question 2:
Does it or does it not help to smoke some good weed before/during a trip?

These are petty basic questions... But as I said Ive had alot of conflicting opinions.

Vitaman C can't hurt, many say it helps so, go for it.

I find that i like my trip "uncouded", but mabey try a little bit just to get a feel for it.

its good to take vitamin c during a trip but not before.
and weed enhances anything.

Weed takes the edge off of the come up and is great during the peak of a mushroom trip.

I have no clue bout the vit C.

The weed I like to save for after my trip during the comedown. If its your first trip, save the weed for another time and just experience the mushrooms (my sugestion). I dont like to smoke during my peak or comeup because it makes me extreamly paranoid and crazy.
