Tips for keeping the stomach nice?

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting. During most of my trips in the past, I've had stomach woes, requiring a few walks to the bathroom. Only seemed to happen with a certain batch my friend and I were taking. Anyone out there have any tips for easing my stomach? Any ideas would be very appreciated, as I've got a trip planned in a couple of weeks. Thanks!

Take several papaya and ginger tablets after ingesting shrooms, they work very good and natural, don't eat any heavy food before tripping
