I would imagine drawing the LC out little at a time would increase chances of contam. Once LC is done would it be a good idea to get several large syringes, suck the jar dry then store the syringes in the fridge?

no dude you can leave the lc in your fridge for months. just use silocone over the hole you will be pulling lc out of so it sorta closes evertime u pull the syringe bac out and just make sure you use a sterile syringe every time and you shud be fine.

you could do that, or not. A Culture will stay as long as you keep it in the fridge.

i jus have a quart jar with mircopore tape over the hole. after i pull my syringe out the jar will be open creating risk I thought. I guess I could just cover it with tape very fast, after I pull out the needle.

but he mentions, and rather aptly, that the more times you suck mycelium out of that jar, the more likely a contamination could slip in...
yes yes, i know, sterile procedure and all... but ive actually had exactly that happen, causing dozens of jars worth of problems due to a silent bacterial contamination that plagued a well used, well drawn out of LC batch.
to answer his question, yes, you can do exactly that, draw out the syringes all at once, and store in the syringe, as you would do for the LC anyway, in the fridge or whatnot.
these days i prefer to only draw 2-3 syringes or less per jar (125ml jars), and all of the syringes are drawn shortly after the first one (and LC discarded afterwards, and i usually aim to deplete it with those 2-3)

the only bad thing about syringes for storing LC is that they are not air tight. Contams will travel under the needle cap, down the needle and into the LC. The syringe will constantly breath do to temperature change and thermal expansion of the gas inside the syringe.
You should draw up some clean sterile water into the syringe after you draw up your LC. This will wash the nutes out of the needle itself.
You should apply tape where the needle cap meets the hub. This will help prevent the syringe from breathing.
After you've applied the tape,, you should push the plunger a little.. This will counteract the dangerous vacuum that will occur when its put in the fridge for storage.
You should store your syringes "standing" with the needle facing up. It will leak if you don't.
I dont like the idea of keeping LC's in syringes or jars for that matter. I think youre better off making fresh LC for each grow.
