How often are you giving FAE? They look a bit skinny but you have fruits none the less. They look like they could be a bit oxygen starved.

I might have spoke too soon. The second time I looked at them just now, they look fine.

With the zippers unzipped or halfway zipped you should get enough Fae that you wont have to fan more than once maybe twice a day just for the hell of it ,tinker with the zippers till you achieve the Fae you want and when you start losing humidity add a tray or two of well drained perlite on any empty space in the greenhouse, you will get it right just keep playing with it

they will, the mushrooms (as you've seen) grow rapidly once they start.
They arent going to get huuuge since you're pinning from cakes, but they'll get a bit bigger.

thanks, so pretty much im just waiting for the veil to start breaking and then I can harvest right?
EDIT- there is like a blueish color mold on the opposite side of the cake.. is the cake ruined? the fruits from that cake have a little blue under the caps as well.

yup wait till the veil is about to pop and harvest it.
The blueish color mold might just be a bruise. Post a pic.

Yeah the blue color is wayy to small for my cell phone camera to even pick up.. its right under the cap.
even the little blue spots on the cake are too small to pickup.
my fruits should be fine, but should I proceed to dunk this cake again?

yes, dunk after every flush to maximize lifespan of your cakes.
- The blue sounds like bruising to me, Dont worry about it.

that would make sense since that is the only cake I handled, my totes are more aimed for casings and give limited horizontal space for cakes to grow. :/

Yeah one of mine has blue too, but only because I've handled it.
If you touch it with a q-tip, the color will transfer if it's mold, but not if it's just bruising.

the blue that you noticed on the cake could be bruising. the blue right under the cap is likely to be spores. Like the above poster said, gently run a q tip over it and see if it transfers.
If it does transfer from the cake it is likely mold, based on the size of your fruits. they aren't big enough to be dropping spores all over your set up yet.
If it transfers from right under the cap, it is most likely spores. again based on your description and pics.
As a side note, the bigger fruits that you have got that way because they were touching the perlite. They got some of their water from it, sometimes water logged shrooms cause problems. In the future maybe you can use the jar lids filled with wet verm as a base for the cake to sit on.

damn, thanks for the great feedback.
ill def make the switch and start putting the cakes on wet vermiculite instead of perlite.
learn something new everyday.
