Digital Thermo Hygrometer questions

I bought a normal dial hygrometer and that is inside my fruiting chamber. I then bought a Digital Thermometer Hygrometer and put it on the outside because I didn't think I would be able to see the dial one once the humidity comes in. Now I look in my FC and the hygrometer in there reads a higher humidity level than the one outside. Should I just put the digital one in the fc as well?

Well, correct me if I''m wrong, but wont putting your thermometer/hygrometer on the outside of your FC read the temperature/humidity outside the FC? A higher Humidity level inside the FC is good, as homes usually dont have a lot of humidity in the air.

Use analog, and they must be calibrated. RR

Digitals, unless they cost tons of $$$ suck ass.. Go with analog and calibrate it once a month at least..

i just went to the local cigar shop and got one for 7$ dunno about calibration. or if its even possible with this one. lol *sigh*
edit--well, theres a hole in the back with a metal thing, and looks like i could stick a screw driver in it. im sure thats how you adjust it, but it looks like a large..."thing" not just a screw that turns. input?

Or take the hydrometer into your bathroom and enjoy a nice, long, steamy hot shower. When the mist fills the air, you've likely got your 100% humidity.
