Spiritual Value of Mescaline?

For those of you who have tried mescaline, how spiritual is it?
Do you find it more spiritual than LSD or Magic Mushrooms.
I've been interested in mescaline for quite some time, but haven't obtained any cacti.
I'm really looking for a spiritual trip, because LSD just isn't doing it for me. Mushrooms often send me in to bi-polar mode.
Will a good size dose send me on a good spiritual trip?

I suppose it depends on what you mean by spiritual. I find mescaline to be VERY spiritual, second only to DMT/Ayahuasca/DMT+shrooms/LSD (etc).
I don't think doseage info is allowed here, but fuck em. 400mg is a good starting place. Anything over 800-1000mg is probably too much. That's probably about 16-24" of cactus.
With mescaline, it's all about set/setting (well, when is it not with any psychedelics?). If you want a 'spiritual' experience I would reccomend fasting for several days before you take it, going out into a secluded and beautiful area (desert areas are fucking awesome for mescaline), take your shoes off, hit a drum, and let it fill you full of Love.
Mescaline is amazing. It's so peaceful, gentle, and colorful, and yet also quite powerful. Past the early nausea there are no negative side effects (for me). Every color comes in a million shades with mescaline. Food tastes GODLY, sex is mindblowing, music is mystical, it gives you energy you never knew you had. It is also very healing and insightful. The afterglow can last for weeks.
IMO, Mescaline is the Love of God, and to live without a SOLID mescaline trip would be worse than dying a virgin.

yes mescaline is very spiritual. its the extreme empathy that i always feel on it, as well as the dramatic themes of the visuals and sounds heard.oceans splashing, people chanting in some strange language or singing and music are often some sounds i get. im so light and blissful on a high dose of p. torch (75+grams) walking feels more like gliding gently across the floor on a cloud. aslo as was said earlier it by cilosyb the aftereffect is positive, producing a lasting state of patience and compassion. i just feel more 'open' and mindful in the weeks following a mescaline experience. wheras acid leaves me drained for a few days, and shrooms leave me wanting to go back to that magical space so badly!

I went camping last weekend with mescalito and some friends. Now, a week later, and I'm still feeling the calm all over me. What a beautiful experience to have had. And the best part is how light-hearted and accepting the mescaline is on your psyche. Not doubting that it can have a dark side depending on the circumstances, but generally speaking, even on doses that push the limit, it is a forgiving experience that inspires relaxation and exploration.

I hear you man, I looking to try mescaline soon because I feel the same way. I heard the mescaline experience is more dreamy and calming. I find LSD to sometimes just cloud my thoughts and not let me think straight, so much weird stuff goes on in my head. Its been no doubt fun the times I've done it, but I need something thats not as intense or chaotic sometimes.

Yea, I mean, I love LSD and can learn more from it about people any book can tell me, but that to me is not spiritual. There are times where I see a face in the sky that is from my insides, but it just doesn't really vibrate my soul on a spiritual level. Maybe I'm just not taking enough

yo Phish, hows it hangin? The following is completely irrelevent.
I was taking psychedelics for a long time before i had any understanding, or should i say idea, of the beyond( or spirit). I really thought that i had figured myself out, and that i was some sort of material fluke that was somehow enjoying this random, unrepeatable experience. .......Then came the day that i took too much of a certain fungi. Way too much. What I'm trying hard to get at, is perhaps its just something that needs to be head first experienced to have any conceptual grasp of what people mean when they refer to spirit( which i find to vague anyway). And Ive gathered from other people that its more common to happen on those nights when you push yourself beyond your limits.
I really dont even think it matters discussing it or trying to relate to someone else about it. Mostly because I still have no idea what it is, just that it,in fact, is. I'm definitely not religious or someone who trys to push some sort of spirituality on someone, i despite that. But i will go so far as to say that the only thing i can believe in, after said experience, is that there is something more to all of this. Huge ass QUESTION MARK??????????? I seemed to have forgotten why i started typing a response in the first place I'm a bit off baseline(wink) and felt compelled to confuse this thread.
