LC into a PF sytle cake, how long to recover?

A foaf knocked up some PF type cakes last night with some LC mycellium.
How long does it usually take for the myc to rcover and start colonizing.
I told him I usually got 3-4 days with spores so he's wondering if it's worth the trouble for the LC????

a good LC is much better option then spore.
you should see noticeable colonization by day two.
it's very much worth the trouble.
