UPDATE: I'm having several of my trays doing this. I don't peek, I'm thinking it may be due to how i have them covered. I just put the stock lid that they came with on them. It seems they can breathe quite well with the lid, could they be breathing 2much? about 1 in 10 of my trays do this. its really pissing me off because they do it b4 i can even case them. there is tonnnnnns of the little fuckers and Its such a pain to pick them all. how can i prevent this BS??
I had my bulk sub trays colonizing in a dark place. All my tray's were fine I popped this one and it scared the crap outa me lol. Why the heck did this happen? Most importantly what do i do with this lol

its a 12qt container. as I stated above all my 12qt containers were chillin out in the dark waiting for them to reach 100% colonization. when i checked this to see how close it was to being fully colonized there was mushrooms in there. I've never seen shrooms this tall, or skinny. Who cares if they grow taller than the container they're supposed to, as they do in most 12qt tray bulk grows. there shouldn't be any mushrooms yet. all my other conainers just look like regular 12qt containers that are colonizing. heres pics

well are you trying to grow a shit load to meet a huge order or something? i would personally just throw it in the fruiting chamber and see what happens and compare it to the others when they finish. Im always curious so i hardly go by the book.

Thats what im leaning towards doing. It's just one tray, got plenty more shit just blew my mind when i popped the lid. I was opening lids hella fast prolly opened 15 real quick and when i popped this one 1shroom is growing right by where the handles are to pop the lid so it was riiight by my hand i thought they were like some snake/worm things at 1st glance. I got scared like a little girl it was so funny. wish u guys were here to point and laugh

My 2 cents: I agree with "bud", its high levels of CO2. The casing has already begun to produce fruit bodies. Just go ahead and put it in the FC.

high levels of co2 dont trigger pinning, you probably just have a really fast fruiting substrain, and the small amount of FAE it got when you chcked them and the small amount of light it got probably triggered pinning

that was my guess at 1st. Figured maybe it was in some spot that allowed it to see a tad bit of light. some of them are growing in circles so its obvious the light source was very weak

Yes this is true and high level of co2 will create fruits like that.

You also need to get them off the perlite. Set them on a jar lid or something.
Drill holes in your fruiting chamber, and fan a few times a day. RR
