Casing 2nd Flush?

Hiya ... just harvested a load of cubes from my first casing and am wondering whether a second flush is possible. The casing seems a little dry (rattling round in the pan) but the chamber humidity is great (the seperate cakes are constantly pinning and I harvest every 2 or 3 days) and so on. Should I mist the casing?

Also...

This weekend myself and 3 friends enjoyed the fruits of my labours with fairly high doses and the next day I experienced a low grade headache that lasted all day and was quite annoying. I am at a loss as to why this happened as no booze or other substances were used (just water all night long) and yet - headache, which I have never experienced on shrooms before. It was like the aftermath of an acid trip. Any suggestions on how to combat this?

i normally fight headaches with asprin...maybe 3 of em.

as for the casing, if it is contam free you should be able to pull another flush out of it easy. mist the casing layer lightly or until moist. (dont mist it to much, just enough to make it a little damp again) and just wait a few days...your next flush should start before you know it.

If you have space around the casing, (you said you could shake it), then fill all the spacing with more casing material whichever you used.
