We found some that looked nearly identical to the ones in the pic except the gills are white instead of dark.

Does that mean they're different? We just picked a few of those and kept them seperate and are trying to see if they're anything worth anything.

Anyone got any ideas?

Well.. where do you live dragonia?
Did the mushrooms you found turn blue or greenish on the stems after you handled them?

I live just south of houston. The stems turned more of a rusty purple instead of a bluish purple. I was wondering if perhaps it was just too hot.

I'm not too certain on these at all, but I am curious nonetheless.

Did you take a spore print of those mushrooms you found?

I tried, but I think I've got the same thing as the guy in Louisiana who took a spore print and didn't get anything on his paper. I'm guessing they came out white.

They sound as though they're the same. I suppose I'll chalk it up to experience and try try again.

Thank you for your help!!!
