You can use it but it needs a lot of trial
and error for it to be used efficiently.

I have stopped using it. I now use a cool mist. Cheaper and far superior.

If you have allready bought it. Its great on a timer with cakes for pin initiation.
Its terrible with casings (at least I got grreeeen shiiit all two times I used it)

Go the the cheopo Shroomgod way.....

The ultrasonic foggers are nice becuase they can easily create the humidity needed for cakes, plus the look of rolling fog in your terranium is pretty neat too;-)

Like Burple said, they're not good for casings at all.

If you get one/have one, you should really put it on a timer. On for 15 minutes at a crack. If you want something cheaper, requires less up keep, use perlite. Cheap and it works as well as sliced bread.

I have a 75 gallon tank and I prop my casing over a hard mesh board and underneath I put my fogger, it doen't need a timer either, but that is in a big fish tank. It would all depend on how big your tank is. That is, dealing with a lot of regulating. Although I am only an amateur, do what is best for you.
