Physics is just a model, a practical model, but one that is continually being proved wrong.
A better interpretation is that physics is a model that is continually being improved, always converging on perfection as a limit though never actually reaching it.

Once the model DOES converge, the mystery is solved and the Universe blows up and starts over with a fresh set of constants.

. I am not extremely well studied in physics, but as far as I know, this is a meaningless statement, as it is not possible to exist independently of time.
. Perhaps I should have used "space-time" instead of just "time"
But, if one were outside of space-time, observing space-time, wouldn't it appear as solid matter (as everything would be happening at once)....?

No, because two things never happen in the same place and time

Two things don't happen at the same time while IN the space time continuum - while being part of it....

Time is a measurement of motion. The "future" is a possibility of the direction of motion. Since it is a possibility, it does not exist. It is an idea, a concept, a non-reality.

Awareness does not exist within space-time.
It seems that awareness can only arise within the context of space-time, however. Awareness is ALWAYS awareness of an object. Awareness would not be awareness if it were not aware of something, would it? And anything one can be aware of is spatial and temporal. So unless you mean something else, how can awareness not exist within space-time?

What makes you think we would see anything? Our sight is only a way to percieve things within spacetime. How do we step out of spacetime when we are just matter within it, percieving and manipulating this so called spacetime.

How does awareness arise from the context of space-time? Or did you meant to say that it arises from the realization that space-time is just a concept, a mental construct? Because if it so, it's not the same thing. You can't say that space-time was the catalyst of your awareness, it's the other way around... it's your awareness that makes one realize that space-time is limited. Also, being aware of the concept space-time is not the same thing with having awareness in space-time. More to that, awareness in something that can't be measurable, it is so by it's infinite potential. Now from what I know, space-time in determined, therefore finite... so if you state that awareness happens in space-time, you box awareness in... you limit it... and then I can conclude that the concept of limited awareness is a conflicting term. The mental construct, in my opinion, is not one and the same thing with awareness, though they exist in a symbiotic manner.
