I seem to be a little gassy

So in my ghetto assed kits that I bought(save the criticism etc ) there are the disposable type glad tupperware containers in which the mycelium grows. There is a small hole drilled in the lids. Instead of plugging the hole with alluminium foil I chose to store them in ziplock bags. The bags seem to be filling up with gas or whatever. This is good right? I am not seeing anything that I would consider significant growth, and I think that I may be imagining things as it is I have moved them into my office at work with a bit cooler temperatures so I am hoping i get some growth. But this gassy stuff is a good sign right?

Oh, I am looking at picking up a pressure cooker off of eBay. What sizes do you folks have? It looks like I could probably get away with a 6 quart or so eh?

I havent ever used anything other than a pot.
I would get a PC.....but I only use BRF and verm. So I really dont have a problem with contams. I wouldnt worry about it unless you are using grains.
I have only had 1 contam in my jars ever. I havent been doing it long, but Id say 1 jar out of like 50 is pretty good. =)
