I'm sure when your body digests meat, it obtains some form of suga; any info? And how much sugar?

There is a difference between sugar in common usage, like the sugar in candy sucrose, and the sugars that you obtain from food when digested, which is a whole host of different "----ose" (glucose, etc.). I dont know which ones come from meat though. Wikipedia probably knows.

Enzymes in the digestive track, such as pepsin and trypsin, break meat down into proteins and amino acids.

Kind of... enzymes in the digestive track break down complex sugars (usually ending in 'ose', such as lactose) into simple sugars known as monosaccharides. The monosaccharides are absorbed into the blood and eventually turned into adenosine triphosphate (ATP) by the individual cells for energy.

Meat contains virtually no carbohydrates. This is because the principal carbohydrate found in muscle, the complex sugar glycogen, is broken down in the conversion of muscle to meat (see above Postmortem muscle: pH changes).
Liver is an exception, containing up to 8 percent carbohydrates.
