Yes, probably myc piss. Yes, a pic would help.
If they're falling apart, it's usually a good sign that most of the BRF and mycelium that binds them is losing strength. Probably won't see more than another 1-2. Bury them.

You're right, but it's both. It's a metabolite, more generally. It means they're fighting off a heavy bacterial infection, one they're probably too weak to defend themselves from, since they've seen three flushes. "Piss" is an inaccurate term--"pus" is closer. It's not just an antibiotic, though it does have bacteria-fighting chems in it--it's also a lot of gunky waste material that resulted from the infection.
At this point, your cakes are probably goners. Any fruits that still come from them are usually fine, but should be checked for a bacterial slick before you dry them if you're worried about eating something slightly icky. If they were fresh cakes that started to do this before or just after a first flush, I'd suggest making sure there's no standing moisture on or around them and a spray or one-minute dunk in diluted h2o2 (many would not suggest the latter, but I have seen it work well against bacterial slick on a cake).

Stamets calls it 'sweat'. I like pus though, that's what I'm going with.

For future reference, best way to prevent this in the future is to keep away standing moisture. Again, it's not a death sentence for your cakes, but they are pretty old, and have given you many a mushroom. No harm in putting them out of their misery rather than fretting over a bacterial infection at this point.
