Compost Suppliers?

Im looking for a quick, reliable pre-sterilized compost mail order supplier. I am aware of Dr. Bluethumbs and have ordered from him but I am looking for other suppliers to try. Does any one know any suppliers that are cheap and are able to supply up to a 20-30 lbs of compost order for me every month or two? Any info is appreciated.

Thats good to hear, I got some spores on order!
Is it easier to grow on compost or in jars?

growing on compot is more advanced. with compost you take jars and put the grain in the compost and let it colonize and then you can case it or you cna just fruit it uncased. You get more fruits off compost but its more prone to contams and takes longer than jars.

The highest quality compost known SUPER fast colonization and fruiting and doesn't require a casing layer.

It's expensive stuff though.

Those prices are an insult to our intellignece. A spray bottle and 50 cent pair of glove for $160? lol! Oh yea, a couple shovelfulls of shit and a 'growing champer'. LOL! They don't even throw in any spores!

well i think the not throwing in spores with it is to protect their interests if you add phycodelic spores then you r promoting the cultivation of an illegal substance which can bring a damper to a buisness. don't you know they r sold for research purposes of microscopic use!! lol

The compost they sell is quite expensive, I admit/agree, however it is an EXTREMELY high quality compost that requires NO CASING (does better without casing actually) and is completely self sufficient. (No extra humidity or manual air exchange required). 15 lbs 100% colonizes in 7 days (spawned with only 2 cups of colonized rye) and fruits in 10 days or less after that.
If you don't mind spending $160 (plus a syringe) for a minimum of 5 dry oz. of shrooms and a re-usable 35 gallon tub on wheels, there's no easier way to get quality/quantity in a very short period of time.
AFOAF just received one of these kits (just to try out and compare) and he's inoculated the 2 pre-sterilized rye berry bags with EQ's. I'll be doing a grow log for him in the appropriate forum. Look for it in about 4 weeks. I have a feeling the first flush will be quite a site to behold.

Does anyone know about how long the dung brothers take to ship out their kits? I sent my order about two weeks ago. Im just getting a bit impatient...but I also could use some idea of when it will get here because I still have to order some spores. Thanks in advance.

Sporelab's compost is good too. My pet iguana noticed the mycelium RIPPED through it....a mixture of 75% compost/25% coir....you wouldn't believe how much cubensis loves this shit (pun inteneded).
Heck, Sporelab are even selling nice little starter kits of pre-cooked grain/spores/compost for $30+shipping.

4 weeks....what did they do, get the horse to personally deliver it to your doorstep in his bowels?
Only joking of course, as usual! Compost and horse manure is usually sent by 'surface mail' as it is quite heavy and airmail costs for a couple shovels of horseshit are astronomical. So it does usually take a bit of a wait but thats ok. If you want o innoculate with colonized rye grain, that takes time get that going.
pass the bowl plese....
