(very) quick colonization tek

Ok, here is the the basics. It's actually a liquid mycelium growing tek, but simplified to inoculate directly with the mycelium. Here is only the very simple and quick but limited tek, I'm typing the other one, it a bit longer but you have much more mycelium water with only one spore syringe.
So, the simple and quick one, that use a nearly finish spore syringe (2-3 ml):
take a small jar or whatever, put about 50 ml of water, 1 spoon full of glucose or dextrose, sterilise, let cool. After, take your half emptied syringe, and suck some of the glucose wtaer until the syringe is nearly full. Then suck about 1-2 ml of clean air (do all this using the oven tek of a glove box). Shake well, keep int the dark for about3-4 days, shaking well every day. After a bout 3 days, you should see the water getting milky with little white cotton puffs in it. Don't wait too long, of the mycelium puffs will get too big and will block the needle. Well just use this to inoculate your cakes or whatever with this.
I guess that when your syringe is nearly empty, you can do the same trick with the glucose-water leftover, and start again, and again and again... That's it, I'll get the other tek typed soon...
