I tried searching for 'syringe tek' but nothing came up so I decided to post here. Does anyone have any links to a tek explaining how to make a syringe from a spore print.

Hey there,

Here are couple of links but I recommend you have the right tools before you do this to help be successful. Here is a nice tool right here on the frontpage of one of the vendors.
