No, it's not prescription. It's available mostly at health food stores near the natural herbs/vitamins section.
It was introduced as a natural alternative to tryptophan which was used in sleeping aids and other medicines which triggered the
brain to replenish it's Serotonin levels
quicker than average.
I've started using it last week after raving with friends this weekend. I dropped E about 3 times and took it about six hours after I came down (recommended between 3 to six hrs)
and woke up feeling better than I used to after rolling. You know, that slack jaw, broken neck, bleary eyed feeling.
You may also find it at sports fitness stores like GNC (here in USA) or even major
pharmacy chains over the counter! Peace out!

I was actually thinking about adding it to the substrate, but now that you mention it, I suffer from horrible post roll symptoms.

Have you tried mixing G with E to soften the roll?I've heard that's a good combo.
