Salvia thats it!?

I tried salvia two times.
It was not fun. It is something like brain damage.

First time i was sitting on the carpet in my room. I smoked it.
I felt little sleapy in the begining so I closed my eyes.
I was not able to think or to do something. I was laying on ground for few minutes with closed eyes like zombie. I felt that i am still breathing and my heart beats and that was perfect to me I do not wanted and I was not able to do or think everything else.

Yea yea Salvia can do me that was me stupid I even do not opened my eyes to look around blabla and at all bad surrounding. So second try.

I was sitting in forest with birds around. Then I smoked it.
After second I felt something like strong wind to side. Something like falling. Last moment before smoke saund of bird came to my mind that sound short-circuited somethere in 2 minutes lasting loop. And thats for stupid few minutes. I wanted just to close my eyes and wait, but no I stared into trees and I expected something more. But there was nothing more.
After few minutes I was able to stand up and walk. yupie. All I can remeber is that cyyyp-cyyp at least one hundred times repeating again and again and using up entire my brain power....and falling.

So question for talks: is that all from Salvia?
Do I something wrong?

sounds to me like you need to take a bigger hit. if i don't really push myself (bowl-wise) then i experience the same things you describe. but with a big enough bowl and holding it in... full blown hallucinations and detachment from reality.

i've only had one "fun" experience with salvia. but they were all beneficial trips.

Yeah, you're doing it wrong. You need to get it to burn HOT! If you're anything like me, you'll probably never want to do it again once you finally do it right though! Not to say it's a bad thing, but certain things in life probably only needed to be experienced once to "get it".

Man let me tell you last night i was watching the Matrix reloaded and decided to pack a HUGE bowl of only 5x salvia. So i inhaled it all at once held it in as long as a could (a pretty long time) and as soon as i let out the French dude i forget his name but if you know who im talking about stuck his hands out of the TV and was calling my name over and over and over and when it ended i was in complete shock! LoL

get stronger shit and hold it in for at least a minute.... hard to do.. but just aiming for it will help....

Salvia still rocks no matter what you say!

Dont listen to these cats about using a HOT flame to burn salvia... The people say that think a few moments of LSD int he sun will make it less potent... haha!

Dont smoke it from a bowl/pipe. You need to use a bong ; )

many people do not know how to recognize that they had enough
this guy had enough
the effect he got was personal and different
because of mind set and setting.

mindset can be the most
overriding aspect (it is largely personality).
taking more is

amnesiac states.

The sudden wind is a good sign. Next time close your eyes in a dark area.

For me a 'breakthrough' might involve finding myself in a duplicate reality or merging with other objects.

do you all feel like Salvia is like shrooms in the fact that if the plant doesnt deem you fit to experience her, she will only make you "high", and not give you all of herself?

it just seems strange to me that everytime i smoke salvia, i have a very devine experience. even if i just smoke a blend with plain salvia leaf in it, it seems im allowed a better experience than a lot of ppl get from 10 20 or 30X extract. i know im lucky beacuse of this, but it just makes me curious.

i have friends that are very spiritual, and very intellectual, and they smoke some salvia, and start drooling, and get completely retarded. or just laugh uncontrollably. i wonder if this is because of the chemical make up of their brain, or if its more because of the purity of their heart and spirit...?

salvia is tricky, it seems very "behind the scenes". much more-so than shrooms or acid.

my guess is you are not used to the effects and were looking with the wrong eyes and hearing with the wrong ears.

something mighty must have been going on for something to loop like that...

the first couple times i thought nothing had happened... until my friends told me that i was hysterically shouting my conversation afterwards. huh? i thought nothing happened but i was hysterically shouting?

haha, thats funny, ive done they hysterical shouting w/out knowing, and not hysterical shouting while i thought i was.

and for some reason i didnt really understand what Baravykas was saying, but when you mentioned the "loop" it reminded me of the first time i tried salvia extract. i was riding shotgun, and we drove by a Sonic(americas drive-in) and it seemed like for five minutes everytime i looked out the window all i saw was the Sonic. not like it was permanently etched in my brain, but as if time had stopped, cuz we were going at least 45mph and i had to have looked 10 times and saw the sonic....this was after 2 years of total sobriety too, so you can imagine from sobiety to salvia extract, was a fun adventure.

Ah I forget to say something about myself. I am 20 years old university student. English is my third language.

if you stand in an observatory and look through the telescope you will see amazing things. especially if the telescope is aimed at a nebula or complex galaxy. I would say that this is a high appreciation of the opportunity.

however if the telescope is not aimed at anything amazing, you may still see something odd or interesting through the device if you look.

and if you just stand in the observatory and not bother to look in the telescope you will seem to be in a round building after a long drive.

salvia puts you into a state that is very resonant (like the round building on a hill), how you move in that space is up to you (do you approach your telescope?), what you see in that space is related to the positions you take and the kinds of interest and intellect you have (is the telescope looking up at something interesting?).

what is set and setting?

i really laughed at cyyyp-cyyp loop man, i can imagine that, i triped on lsd one time when got home too early and fckin cyyyp cyyp bird sang outside and when it stoped it looped in my head, also remembered one time when i mixed micro and xtc, and could listen only to 2 loops of two songs in my head and couldnt switch to some other, one was prodigy their law, the other one cant remember now, its some 10 yrs ago - sorry about offtopic -

But i got a question, is Salvia all nonsense trip, or its interesting so you can learn something from it?
