myco bags colonized!!!

I WANT TO NOW IF I GOT TO OPEN MY MYCO BAGS WHEN ARE 100%COL. OR SHOULD I LIVE IT CLOSE AND LET THE BABIES GROW INSIDE THE BAG???

Well its whatever you want to do, however they are designed to fruit in the bag and not to be opened until harvest. Unless you plan on casing it I wouldn't open it until the first flush.

Use it to spawn pasturized compost. When the compost is colonized, case it with coir. You'll end up with 10 times the quantity in the first flush alone. Or, just leave it closed and harvest your little flush when the veils start to break.
