Rye, once you have made master spawn (G1), Use these jars to innoculate more jars
One jar should make you ten more jars(G2) once these are fully colonized you could make ten more jars from each jar(G3)
Poo, paterized wheat straw,compost... depending on what your doing you may not have to case at all. PM me
