Buy it from JLF, FP or from AKINS (all under the grow/find section).

Remember to soak your grain for 24 hours before sterilizing to allow possible contaminant spores to germinate and therefore become sucecptible to sterilization.

The recipe used is roughly 1 cup grain to 3/4 cup water (According to Stamets), YMMV.
