It seems as though your cake was not %100 colonized. Be sure to check for cobweb mold daily. Not waiting for %100 sets up for contaminations to enter easily.

Thanks guys!

The thing about these cakes is that they have been out for nearly 3 weeks (more or less), and for the first week they were out in the open, not in a terrarium. I haven't had any cobweb mold. During that time, however, I sprayed with a high concentration of H202/H20. I even stopped at one poiunt, but still had no cobweb experiences. Luck? I guess so. :smile:
Strain is Golden Teacher. I'll be doing the Gulf Coast next.
