I've found that keeping them in a canning jar in a cool dry place with a packet of dessicant (made with a coffee filter,staples and dessicant) will keep them potent. That's how I stored my last batch which were harvested about 10 months ago. I haven't noticed any potency loss. Oh, make sure they're as dry as possible before storing too.
