Has anyone else seen any of this movie? Michael Moore's newest?
it's about the american health system (or lack there-of) vs socialised medical care in countries like canada or the U.K...
i've only caught parts of it.. but, i'll probably watch the whole thing this week.. looks good from what i've seen.

It's obviously and openly socialist...once you get by that fact it's not bad.

I'm really looking forward to seeing this one. I always like his films... taken with a grain of salt of course.

Yeah I definitely want to see it, I dunno if I'll pay to though.
Now, off to the post office!

Moore is undoubtedly a talented filmmaker and a funny guy. It's just unfortunate that he makes such lopsided movies that are rendered utterly useless by his excessive Left-Wing ideology and his cherry-picking of facts.

I can't wait to go see it but I won't be able to until next week. I saw that Shroomery member #121900, edisnione had posted a streaming link to it, but I'm going to support this one by seeing it in the theater.
I don't see how anyone could be against universal health care. It doesn't make sense to be against it unless you only care about yourself or unless you own a for-profit hospital. Free health care for everyone is the type of thing that our taxes should go toward. Everyone should have access to health care no matter how much money they have or don't have. Big, big kudos to Michael Moore for introducing this extremely important non-partisan topic into general public discourse.

I saw him on The Daily Show the other day and I thought his body was going to swallow his chair.

I saw him doing some interview and I couldn't stop watching his chins jiggle like jello when he talked.

Ya. I think he needs to investigate another reason why Americans are so unhealthy.

no doubt. I just downloaded it last night. watched a little bit. Pretty good so far, but yeah, a lot of slandering I feel. At the same time, I don't doubt it.

There should be a lot of slandering in the movie to try and make up for the years that the media has ignored this huge issue, allowing each and every American to get raped by the health care industry.

I really am grateful that I live in Ontario.
The drugs that I needed to take this year would have cost upwards of 30,000 if not covered by the province.
