Well, if this is your first time growing, next time just stick to 1/2 pt jars..less risk of contams and they colonize faster..
Your other 2 jars could be ok, just keep watching them..

You should take one with the black spot, open it and smell it if it's smells rotten then it's contamination. And i'm sorry to tell you that all you're other jars maybe contaminated too. I once had a jar with a black spot and I opened it and smelled it and it was rotten and all my other jars were like that too.

Shroomie, Patience. When you say day 10, is that day 10 of incubation since innoculation. Or day 10 after birthing?

If day 10 of incubation, no worries I had 2 of 6 jars take 18 days to show any signs of life. They fruited well once birthed. 46 grams wet each first flush. (MMGG)

Terrarium was nothing but styrofoam cooler, with 2" perlight and suran wrap lid held in place with sticky stuff. Ventilated twice daily. 86F average temp.

Hey,
Its 2 days later and just wanted to update you that the jars have had no more progress. I am starting to think the little fuzz on the top of the cakes is contam. This is a bummer...
