Thats interesting Ythan, you must be a good web developer. I have a friend who is a computer programmer/web developer and its long hours in front of the computer and looks very challenging and stressful.....

Sometimes my friend stays at work till 4 am... he goes home showers, eats, sleeps and right back to work.

Do you have bad eyes from all the computer work? My friend's vision is not the greatest.

It can definitely be stressful, especially working on a deadline with a demanding client. And it's really hard for me to get enthusiastic about a project if I don't have a personal interest in it. Even though programming is a passion of mine, some projects can still be incredibly tedious and frustrating. That's why I like the Shroomery, I can choose my own goals and the only real deadlines are the ones I set for myself. Working from home makes it a lot more pleasant too, even if I have to fight the urge to just sit around and get stoned all day. :bongload:

Bad vision runs in my family so I don't know how much I can attribute to the computers. I've needed glasses since middle school but I never wear them. I just use it to justify the expense of a couple nice big high-res flat panels. :grin: To be truthful I'm more worried about carpal tunnel syndrome, you can't get that fixed in a day with laser surgery (yet). :nerd:

Well Ythan we all appreciate your work here. You are doing a great thing! Even though sometimes I don't agree with your stance on certain issues, I still think you're pretty cool.
