I don't think you have any, you probally just bruised you're cake, you probally did it from touching the cake, it won't fruit wherever you touch it. The yellow is probally from water getting on top of the cakes, are you sure water isn't condensing on top of you're cakes? I think they should be ok to eat.

Sounds like it to me. The blue is probably brusing, and the yellow could be water accumulation. To be sure smell 'em. If they're pungent then toss 'em. But if you're still unsure, then it's better to be safe then sorry. Good luck :smile:

Blueing of the cake is probably ok, just watch em and see if anything funky (looks or smell) starts to happen, if so, toss em. The yellow coloring COULD be the waste products from the mycelium and happens sometimes. Just keep an eye out for any other weird colors or smells.
