Small leaves?

If a four week old weed plant has small leaves, small compared to pics. seen, is this a symptom of anything missing? Otherwise the plant looks perfectly healthy. thanks

If the leaves are nice and green, i just depends on the strain and the seed. With the same strain you can get plants with bigger or small leaves...
