Cubensis capable of Symbiotic Relationship with plants?

I was reading on the Amanita Muscaria (red w/ white spots shroom im sure you all know). Its Mycorrhizal which means it relies on the plants roots/nutrients to grow.
But with Cubensis that is not a problem they can be cultivated without a plant source (duh).
I was wondering, if provided, a plant source as nutrients below soil.. would cubensis grow better or continue to flush longer? if not indefinately if spores are being dropped too?
just curious if i could get a particular plant, or maybe any house hold plant with mild root growth/medium growth and put a part of my pf tek jar underneath the plant and water about every3 days and see if it worked eventually.
I looked on google, and read just about all I could on symbiotic relationships/Mycorrhizal mushroom qualities and couldnt find an answer.
Maybe someone already knows?
Thanks, -boney

a symbiotic relationship with cubensis and a plant would be less about nutrients, and more about the plant breathing in co2 and out o2, the shrooms breathing in o2 and emitting co2. "Devil's Ivy" is a robust plant, and it's cuttings can survive on wet verm for the duration of a grow, rye grass seed is also capable of providing air, here are some pics on this matter i found out there, (none of which is my work):

think some is RR's or RK's and some is Helians, can't recall.
cubes get their nutes from their subs, because they are not mycorhyzal. Amanita's are.
but oh how good is it for natural FAE!!!!
love symbiosis.

All fungi help to break down material in the soil, which in turn makes the nutrients more available to plant roots. In fact, our nemesis trichoderma is a very beneficial organism in the soil for that reason.
I've noticed also that burying spent and/or contaminated cakes into houseplants or the garden benefits the plants. They always green up and look much better a month or two later. RR

Interesting thanks RR, I have a spot outside where ive been puting bad cakes/test jars that went bad..
its been about a month since i dumped my bad batch and i took a shovel out to turn it over (im adding more to it). and there was a nasty patch of mean green under there. but there was also a bunch of mycelium that to my surprise had takenoff!
so i chopped everything up.. added some pasteurized grass ide had lyin in back yard on pavement that was realy dry and made a humburger style setup.. dumping a jar, adding grass, adding a layer of mixed bark/dirt etc. then repeating.. hoping to see something someday if not oh well they were dead anyways.
now imbasically wondering if mean green loves BRF and using that with plants is gonna cause some mold problems.

Green mold is not a contaminant outdoors. It's a beneficial organism. RR

well i gave a try with pot seeds (placin in verm on top of cake) and they just sprouted.. fuzzy mycelium growing on the roots though all the way up its real wierd.
anyways the cakes went green and i moved the seeds to a transplant of just plain verm waiting to see if they recover and grow or if the mycelium killed them not sure whats up lol.

Yeah, trich is actually used by plant growers as a fungicide to kill off competitor/parasitic fungi attacking plants. It's pretty interesting stuff. No matter how rampant it runs, I don't see it damaging your bud.

coco coir purchased at hydroponics stores or nurseries are usually pre packaged with trichoderma, especially african violet coir, this is why it's a better idea to get your coir from a pet store, where such nasties are not good for the critters, and are not present in the coconut fiber.
I'm toying with the idea of purchasing a bushel of coconuts and husking fresh fibers from it, and inoculating fresh coconut fibers that way.
which brings me to another thought, corn husks, and their fiber, why couldn't it be shredded, pasteurized, then used as either a substrate, or additive for texture, in place of coir,

I don't see why not I have seen a tek for taking corn cobs and using those for plugs to start wood loving species. I don't know if cubes would take to the husks but maybe it will be soft enough for it too.

Well i was thinking of the outside of the corn and if it is commercial farm corn then its probably got a inch thick of anti-fungal stuff or it might be genetic corn . Try it out beacuse we have allot of that stuff around here too.
