this was my second time doing shrooms and the trip was goin well i was trippin balls, anyway towards the end of my trip i got reallly pail and strted freakin out and i started seeing dots and didnt feel well and got gas and thought i was gonna die anyone else have any similiar experiances?????

One time when I was tripping and I was a little hungry. I felt like my stomach/ midsection of my body had disapeared. I was pretty weird but still fun.

did you also get dizzy?
Dizziness, fuzzy vision, and the "spots" are all signs of dehydration, low blood sugar, as well as a kot of other things not related to this.
Im guessing its a mixture of the two, shrooms are known to cause dehydration, mixed with the common practice of fasting before dosing, this seems like the most logical conclusion. Since you were still tripping everything just got magnified way out of perportion.
More then likly nothing to worry about, just get plenty of liquids.

I make it a point to eat a small-fair amout about 40 mins before i shroom, i have more energy that way, and it makes the shrooms easier on my stomach... drink water too

Yes, the same thing happend to me a few nights ago. I ws having a great trip up until the end my mouth got really dry and the all the orange juice i had drank with the shrooms fucked up my stomach also my feet soaked in sweat, and my stomach twisting into knots i thought i was gonna die. It made me realize how fragile life is for osme reason. This may sound wierd but it felt like i was dead and alive at the same time. It's was like my body was nonexistant everything was an illusion created by my mind. I felt like i was going crzy. All you need is some herb and something cold to drink and kick back and relax .

make sure to smoke weed, and lots of it, before your trip, in the morning, eat half a cup of kefir in something, the gas and discomfort can do with inapropriate bacteria in your intestine, the bacteria in kefir help to counter the bad bacteria and allow your intestines to work properly as the mushrooms are pretty hard on the bacteria, also take some ginger caplets 30 mins before you dose
