Can cakes be upside down?
    #708113 - 06/28/02 01:42 PM (22 years, 5 months ago)

Does the position of the cakes in the chamber really matter? I have read that the cakes should be placed in the same position as they were when they were growing in the jars. However I turned my jars upside down to get the bottom to grow...so which side is up? Does it really matter?

if you flip em when fruiting they will have the tendency to pin from the bottom. in my experience after the first fluch they figure out which dir. is up again. good luck.
