yeah pretty much. i havent had a time when i havent thrown up so far. it tastes horrible. its not that bad throwing up though, you feel better afterwards. well my experiences have all been great, outside of LSD it is one of the most fluid trips ive ever had. very smooth. very euphoric. all in all good. i really cant explain it well, its something you have to do yourself. just like any other entheogen.

i cut the cacti into slices like a cucumber, removed the core, chopped the rest up, blended it really good, simmered it for about 4 hours, strained, choked down the nasty liquid and enjoyed

i made a brew last year, the same way leftysurprise did. i did a small dose, since it was my first time. my fiance and i split a 12inch peruvian torch cactus cutting.

the taste was bad, but not as bad as i was expecting. i didn't throw up. i didn't even get sick to my stomach (lucky). neither did my fiance. he loved the taste of it. i don't quite get that!

THE BODY BUZZ... BETTER THAN X, IN MY OPINION. oh my, beautiful substance. i had a VERY mild trip, but i liked it a lot. next time, i'll go a bit higher since i know how it feels. ^_^

good luck! i bet you'll love it! let us know how it goes.

i did a 12" cutting myself. and i have to agree, the body euphoria is incredible. and i didnt have intense visuals, i would equate what i saw to a mild lsd trip.

well, if you are aware of internal energy, and a male, the happy ending may be a lot more draining an activity than a nice massage unless you employ tantric energy work into it!

now in that case.......

Lol. So .. im tripping now. Somehow i still find the ability to type whethor or not i fully comprehend what i am saying. I used the same method as whoever put their method of ingestion up. So far i have an AMAZING body high and have seen lines fade in and out of reality. everything seems to be buzzing around me more energetic than normal. Its definetly something i would recommend trying. The taste was not that bad - as past eating experiences with cacti. I didnt throw up nor do i feel nauseated

well if it was in the front yard, i would totally take a few feet! the thing is huge, its at least 12-14 feet tall, has a trunk im estimating at over 12" thick, and it has probably 2-3 dozen points on it. they probably wouldnt even notice what i would take!

man look gardening is a thing of love and care

if you had some pedros you were taking care of, why would you want someone to come hack a piece of them off ?

it is very disrespectful

you can buy a dose for something like $20 from various vendors you know, and you can buy cuttings to grow on your own.

harvest from the wild, not from people who are growing! it's a great thing to watch your plants get bigger and bigger and it would really suck and be a downer to notice someone had defaced one of them.

i know the damn people who live there, the cactus was there before they moved in, they dont do drugs, and are not growing it because they like it. i just wouldnt ask them for any seeing as how they are good friends with the cop, they wouldnt mind giving me any, i just didnt want to do anything that might get accidently said in casual conversation or anything. the last thing i need is a nosy neighbor cop. i wouldnt go around stealing peoples beautiful garden cacti.

Nah .. it'd be one thing if the cactus was illegal. Just explain your interest in cactus for your own garden

im pretty sure they would give me some for free, if not the whole thing, i just dont want to risk it because theyre friends with the cop, i mean i already attract enough attention with my piercings, tatoos and political bumper stickers, if youre hip to todays culture im sure you could take one look at me and make a pretty good guess that i do one or more drugs lol.

if that cop has any prior knowledge that san pedros contain mescaline and here i come taking the whole damn thing or even some of it, that could open some doors i may not want to open.

Nah .. it'd be one thing if the cactus was illegal. Just explain your interest in cactus for your own garden

its not illegal, however the chemicals inside are, and so is ingesting those chemicals.

Yes as i said "It would be one thing if it was illegal" But.. unless you let your neighbors follow your after you get a cactus and watch you do something illegal it is irrelevant to say

well knowing how much cops take advantage of "probable cause" i dont even want them knowing i have them. i live in a city where they go apeshit over drug busts, last year alone they raided over 100 grow houses within my city, probably a distance less than 5 square miles...... i would just sleep better if the cop didnt know i had anything that could be considered illegal at one point or another.

Lol. you dont have probable cause from a cactus that isnt even illegal in the first place. Probable cause is if they suspect your making and or dealing the illegal mescaline

Just grow the cactus and harvest some when you need it. Don't support the vendors that sell dried pedro as inscense. That's te kind of shit that will get the DEA to schedule it...

acquiring the san pedro is the first step to manufacturing mescaline. i guess you dont see it the way i do. as crazy as law enforcement community is currently with busting people, i dont even want to chance it. not worth it. ill get it elsewhere.

im afraid the growth rate of cacti is not fast enough to keep up with my desire to enlighten myself. so im forced to buy it, however i do not and will not ever buy the dried skin either, not only is it more obvious what youre doing with it, but its more expensive that way too.

Once you get enough plants, you won't run out. Pedros do grow fast. Mine put on an inch a week. Unless you are drinking the brew once a week which would seem pretty hard on the body and would up the tolorance factor. There are many here who think pedro is mild. Pedro is a plant you develop a long term relation with. It can take you as far as DMT if you give it the proper respect. It will take a couple years of accepting pedro to get that far, though..

the clippings you can buy online- aren't those to be grown? and to get that sort of effect you have to grow for years and let mature or whatever?

Unless its only a couple inches long you can eat them when you get them or you can let them grow and cut off a foot if there is enough to spare
