im interested in mushrooms but i think i read somewhere that they increase blood pressure. i have high blood pressure and was wondering if anything might happen

Probably not... but eat a little (1gr) and try. Don't fear anything... never heard of blood pressure problems with shrooms. Btw, L also increases blood pressure, and a lot of stimulants, as caffein, do in the same extent or more...

i have pretty bad high blood pressure, due to a previous Kidney failure accident...  and mushrooms since then havn't effected my health at all, remember they do different things to different people tho :smile:
