Red brown spore print is a bad sign, very bad. Galerina's have red-brown to rust colored spore prints... and they're DEADLY.
No way in hell I'd put those any where near my mouth. You shouldn't either.
Edit: The bluing confuses me though. I see it in the pictures. Are you sure you're not color blind (not intended as an insult)?

Congrats m8, some nice Psilocybe Subaeruginosa you go there At least 99% positive they are subs without better pics.
Are you sre the spore print is not 'chocolate brown with a tinge of purple' (as suubaeruginosa spores are) instead of red brown? I think you might be confusing your colours :P

Positive they are subs, search for 'subaeruginosa' in the hunting forums to find some more piccies. Here's a few pics of Subs from my last few hunts in NSW:

Find more pictures and learn how to identify subaeruginosa
Oh and the shape/size/colour of Subaeruginosa can vary depending on how dry they are, dark caramel brown when wet varying to light gold when dry.
Enjoy

I would be saying you have P.Subs There the right colour have bluing stems and I dont see any red in the spore prints but its a tad hard from a photo Double check the spore prints but im fairly certain they are P.Subs Congratulations Brother
