Found Near a Pond

Habitat: Found about 2 or 3 feet from the edge of a pond in some wet grass.
Cap: Dark brown to gray to tan... light brown streaks and a nipple. Looks a lot like peanut brittle. Waxy and smooth.
Stem: Tannish colored... thick yet very hollow and breakable. The stem kinda twists up to the cap... can easily be unraveled.
Gills: That pic of the gills is kinda misleading because of the flash... they are much darker. Caramel color.
Spore Print: Underway. Should I use black paper too?
Location: Central Virginia after some eavening showers.
Other: No really strong smell, just that mushroomy scent.

Thanks bud, mom's new cam. I have to resize them because the res comes out way too big.
Edit: I have found a bunch of foes around here and these just don't feel like foes.
