ignorance and acceptance of ignorance.. expecting when should be accepting.
    #7065447 - 06/19/07 02:07 PM (13 years, 8 months ago)

We can't convince anybody here anything, so the whole 'argument' aspect itself can be moot point.

Personally, I find that I'll read things that I've had experience with. Then there will be a thread alien to me, I'll read and just think, "wow, what the hell is going on in people's heads?"

Then I would experience something similar or something so far-fetched that if I were a 3rd party, that I would think I was crazy. Now this is a 3rd party american or someone just so absorbed in the materials their eyes see. anyhow, I won't delve deeper on that but it's funny. Dao has brought me here or at least pointed me in the right direction.

The ocean we're in flows in a certain direction, I feel... And we talk about our beliefs and thoughts as if they're contradictory when I feel that they're all riding the same wave and may bounce into each other.

Just ignore whatever I said because I can't word anything that do the justice of explaining anything.

The best way to live
is to be like water
For water benefits all things
and goes against none of them
It provides for all people
and even cleanses those places
a man is loath to go
In this way it is just like Tao        ~Daodejing

Yes, it's very funny.

Arguments are not so much some kind of structure which points to truth (i dunno),  but a representation of all sorts of characters and viewpoints. This post I'm making now, if read by someone in an expanded state of awareness, would probably tell a lot about my character and my perception, what I'm all about.

LoL, I can't stop thinking now about how this post could be perceived. It's hilarious.

Yeah, this actually freaked me out in the past and still does sometimes.  I think that it's projection though.  Anyone who is in such a state of awareness probably sees through this 'what I'm all about' stuff.  It's like one aspect of your mind leaves you these clues, these interpretive tests, then reflecting on it another part of your mind looks back and says 'Oh, so that's what I was really thinking - shit, and I bet all these aware people know everything about me now, because I said that'.  Which may be true - but who am I anyway?

I will not fear my passions like a coward.
My body I will give to pleasures,
to diversions that I’ve dreamed of,
to the most daring erotic desires,
to the lustful impulses of my blood, without
any fear at all, for whenever I will—
and I will have the will, strengthened
as I’ll be with contemplation and study—
at the crucial moments I’ll recover
my spirit as was before: ascetic.”

It's true. Most all of you are completely transparent to me.;) And I don't much like what I see.
