Thanks to Anno and those who pushed this idea, they even convinced me that it would be a good idea 
So basically anyone with 5 posts or less who goes into mushroom cultivation will see the screen below appear.. This should help cut down on newbie questions.
Thanks to Anno for creating this and thanks to 3dshroom for getting this functional...

Thats awesome...thats way better than what I was talking about before. This should be interesting now too see how much this helps. I think it will be a drastic improvement.

Sure beats flaming them, which sorta gets out of hand and sorta takes away from this board. I found this board because I was looking for answers. Anyone who asks a polite question should get a polite answer or the reader should just move along to some other post. No newbie deserves to be told to bite someones ass because the question has been asked before, some of these flamers should get a life, some of the moderators included.
Now I'm ready for the flames because sticks and stones will break my bones but flames will never harm me. nah na na nah na

Pretty cool idea. It should prevent a lot of unnecessary questions. But remember that the whole purpose of this forum is to answer questions so don't hold it against nebies if they ask a seemingly dumb question. :-)
