They should be alright but i would get the temps up in the 80's asap. I had a jar i forgot about in 50 and 60's for about a month. Once i got it into some warmth it went on to fruit. You just have to keep an eye out for contams.

Don't wory about it, it took mine a week or two. It even takes longer for some species. Raise the temp a bit, it'll be alright.

80-85 degrees in the dark with the tape off..
