Another Perlite Q..

My 4 Pf cakes are 100% and i have 2 that slightly slower.. Im using perlite in my terrarium and trying to get the humidity up for the cakes.. i dont have a humidity guage ( i will get one before they birth). But the question is, Does perlite cause water condesation on the sides of the terrarium? cause im not sure if this rubbermaide container is sealed up

in my rubbermaid terrarium i have around 95-100% constant RH and i do see condensation on the sides and on the top, but not so much that it drops onto my cakes. they seal better than you might think.
